Description

The company makes an AI marketing platform used by 15% of the Fortune 500, including Comcast, Estée Lauder, Walmart, Ramp, MongoDB and Figma. Marketing teams use it for research, briefs, content, campaigns and reporting, with agents that take on repetitive work.

The platform is built on over 2B real user prompts, which show what people ask AI and how the models respond. Its AI Marketer combines that data with detailed customer context to surface worthwhile opportunities, then runs agents that automate reporting, draft content, check pages for readability and carry out competitive research. It tracks what works and improves over time.

This role sits on the Marketing team and focuses on demand generation. You will build the systems that create demand by driving engagement, converting buyers and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Treat the job as more than traditional growth marketing: know performance marketing, nurture, lifecycle and ABM well, then use AI to scale them.
  • Build and direct agents across funnel stages based on what the business needs.
  • Create a layer on top of marketing channels that detects signals and takes action on them.
  • Find and fix conversion leaks, and set up lead scoring, routing and handoff to Sales so no lead waits on manual steps.
  • Design and ship agents, workflows and internal tools that remove manual work across the marketing stack. Turn what works into templates, scripts and playbooks that scale across segments and regions.
  • Build a proprietary intent model from scratch and automate 1:1 and 1:many campaigns. Work with Sales and RevOps so signals speed up outbound work.
  • Build lifecycle systems that onboard customers and drive net dollar retention.
  • Test channels, campaigns and automations that no one else is running, act on the results, and turn proven approaches into repeatable systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation or marketing engineering. What you have built counts for more than years in the role.
  • Use SQL and Python to build automations and workflows without depending on engineering support.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and LLM-based tools that sales and marketing teams use daily. Work daily in Claude Code, Cursor or an equivalent.
  • Past ownership of performance channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, CTV) and lifecycle programs, with an understanding of how agents can be built on top of them.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and heavy collaboration, building while the product is still taking shape. The company moves very fast, so you need to trust your judgment and act.
  • Able to explain what you built in terms of business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
