Description

You enjoy digging deep into data and bring solid media knowledge along with analytical depth.

The company is a global group of fashion brands and ventures, and media is one of its main ways of reaching and engaging customers worldwide.

The team has strong media expertise. Your part is the analytical view: questioning what the data shows and helping turn complexity into clear choices.

Responsibilities

  • Build an understanding of how media spend drives results across more than 60 markets and over 10 channels, at a scale few companies reach.
  • Work with in-platform data, incrementality-based attribution and marketing mix modelling side by side, comparing what each tells you and converting it into answers the business can act on.
  • Spend most of your time in the data rather than in strategy meetings, while your analysis still directly shapes how the company invests.
  • Own each analysis from start to finish and help shape how paid media is measured and reported.
  • Analyse media and business performance data to explain what drives results, pinpoint root causes behind shifts, and spot chances for testing and optimisation.
  • Bring measurement sources together across channels and markets into one consistent view of performance.
  • Turn findings into clear recommendations and persuasive narratives for media and marketing teams, and contribute to insights shared with leadership.
  • Build reporting frameworks, dashboards and automated reports together with BI and data specialists.

Requirements

  • Hands-on analytical skill and a firm grasp of paid media are the non-negotiables. You do not need to be an expert on every platform, but you should understand the media landscape, its key metrics and how data reveals what is driving performance.
  • At least 3 years in marketing analytics or a comparable role, handling big data to examine media spend and marketing results.
  • Experience with large datasets from channels such as Meta, Google or TikTok. You do not need to have run campaigns yourself, but you must know what the numbers mean.
  • Familiarity with measurement beyond platform reporting, such as attribution modelling, incrementality measurement or marketing mix modelling.
  • Good at solving problems and working through unclear questions alone.
  • Experience carrying analyses through to clear, actionable recommendations, with strong visualisation and storytelling.
  • Cross-functional experience with different stakeholder groups.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • You are curious, structured and at ease with ambiguity. You would rather investigate why the numbers moved than write the strategy, though you understand how your work feeds it, and you want to use data to influence real business decisions.
