Description

Shape digital experiences for children, adults and families across Western Europe.

Drive consumer engagement across the company's owned digital channels, including its websites, kids site, fan marketing, builder and play apps and magazine experiences.

Work with global and regional teams to localise campaigns, publish content, improve performance and act on insights.

You will join the Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing and Orchestration team in Marketing Development and Activation. The team builds experiences across owned channels, focuses on campaign execution, channel growth and connecting marketing activity, and works with markets and audiences internationally.

Experience owning campaigns from planning through post-campaign review, working across regions and functions, and using data to shape recommendations is a strong fit.

Over the next 12 months you will help grow owned channels, deepen integration across the company's experiences, expand localised content and support fan marketing. You will work with product owners, channel owners, regional and global marketing teams and a wide network of internal and external collaborators.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run regional digital campaigns across several platforms and markets.
  • Localise campaigns and publish content for Western Europe markets.
  • Balance global campaign direction against local market needs.
  • Spot content trends and turn them into engagement opportunities.
  • Improve digital content and campaigns using performance data.
  • Grow engagement across owned digital channels.
  • Connect owned digital experiences more closely with wider marketing initiatives.
  • Meet local market requirements while staying aligned with global campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have run digital marketing campaigns from start to finish across several markets and regions.
  • You have managed complex stakeholder relationships across global, regional and local teams.
  • You can shape campaign strategy rather than only carry out a brief, and adapt global direction into activations that suit local markets.
  • You bring strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
  • You take a proactive approach and work effectively across international environments.
  • Preferred: You have built and published landing pages for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Preferred: You have worked within complex digital platform setups and connected content experiences.
  • Preferred: You have worked at senior individual contributor level and been the lead digital campaign voice for regional and market stakeholders.
  • Preferred: You know fan-led or creator-led marketing programmes and how to fold them into wider campaign setups.

Manager-level individual contributor role on a one-year temporary contract.
