Description

The company's marketing organization is being restructured around performance and value creation for its businesses. This is a newly created function, and the team is building a group of outcome-focused experts who look for and deliver ways to grow the business.

The role supports the Growth and Segment Marketing team in building and running performance-driven, digital-first strategies that meet growth targets across business units. You will help lead all growth and segment work by working with cross-functional marketing partners to turn business and marketing goals into coordinated omni-channel plans based on data, customer insights and channel expertise.

The company is looking for a digitally fluent growth marketer with 5, 8 years of experience, strong project management skills, a record of running performance marketing programs and a drive to find practical, creative ways to grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Turn business unit priorities into omni-channel growth plans and campaigns tied to business objectives and measurable value.
  • Own growth and segment audiences, oversee campaigns from start to finish, and help decide which opportunities to prioritize for growth.
  • Link strategy to execution by coordinating channels, technology and partner teams to build audience-first journeys that bring in new sales, boost engagement and open cross-sell opportunities.
  • Use insights and data to shape customer journeys, audience strategies and test-and-learn roadmaps, and turn recommendations into concrete experiments.
  • Work with Marketing Analytics to track, measure and share performance results, and find ways to improve growth plans against financial and business targets.
  • Work with Product Marketing to embed its needs into audience-led journeys.
  • Apply digital marketing knowledge to recommend channel mix, campaign sequencing and activation priorities.
  • Act as the day-to-day link between marketing, functional and channel leads to keep priorities clear, teams aligned and key growth initiatives moving.
  • Work with other functional teams to keep campaigns connected and optimized across the full funnel.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to produce content, creative and experiences that meet defined objectives.
  • Prepare leadership-ready updates, recaps and materials covering progress, risks, decisions and next steps for growth efforts.

Requirements

  • 5, 8 years of experience running omni-channel B2C and/or B2B growth programs with measurable business impact.
  • Experience designing end-to-end lifecycle journeys and managing the audiences that move through them.
  • Experience supporting lead generation and/or ABM campaigns that produce MQLs and SQLs.
  • Working knowledge of how to improve the performance of email, web, digital advertising and other digital channels.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and insights, turn them into clear recommendations and action plans that create value, and tell the story behind them.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization and analytics platforms and tools for building and managing campaigns and journeys. Adobe Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort building business cases and explaining the value of marketing to stakeholders.
  • An experimentation mindset and comfort working in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence through collaboration and align stakeholders around outcome-focused initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and partners to deliver strong creative and campaign execution.
  • Comfort working in complex organizations with many stakeholders, and the ability to move work forward regardless of hierarchy or reporting lines.
  • Self-starter who stays organized, manages multiple workstreams independently and knows when to escalate.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across marketing and the business.
