The company makes meal kits and prepared meals through a group of brands: the company, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Factor (ready-to-eat), Chefs Plate and Youfoodz. It operates in more than 18 countries across 3 continents, and its distribution centers depend on staff who are trained at the right time and in the right format.
This is a hands-on role that runs the 360Learning platform for a multi-brand, multi-site network. You will also coordinate how training programs roll out and how platform-based learning is designed. The role covers health, configuration and growth of the platform, and the day-to-day link between the Training Content Manager and the teams that need training delivered.
You will also manage one Senior Learning Experience Designer, who shares platform administration and content quality work. The platform will start in the US, with EU and ANZ expansion planned as the program matures.
Responsibilities
Act as the main administrator of 360Learning, covering user accounts, group hierarchies, role permissions, course catalog structure and system settings for every brand and site.
Maintain the Workday to 360Learning integration so enrollment, role-based assignment and learner data stay accurate through hires, transfers and role changes.
Set the platform structure, including group design, learning path frameworks, program organization and naming and tagging rules that keep a large catalog easy to navigate.
Watch platform health and fix enrollment gaps, stalled progress, broken content links and configuration errors before they affect operations.
Be the main contact with 360Learning for support escalations, feature reviews and enhancements for distribution center needs, and recommend configuration changes to the reporting leader based on product updates.
Serve as the single point of contact from the Global Value Stream for training rollouts to all distribution centers and central offices, making sure finished content reaches learners on time.
Work with the Training Content Manager to turn delivery timelines into publishing schedules, and with the Senior Learning Experience Designer to set up SCORM packages, courses and learning path assignments.
Build rollout plans with scope, site sequence, enrollment triggers, completion targets and escalation steps for non-completion.
Align Operations, OpEX, Training, HR and Safety so rollouts match operational readiness.
Track risks to delivery such as content delays, enrollment failures, site technology problems and learner access barriers, and escalate critical issues with proposed fixes.
Document and standardize content request and publishing processes, and run post-launch reviews to improve future rollouts.
Produce training completion reports on a set schedule for brand operations managers, site leaders, HR and compliance teams.
Own compliance reporting so every required learner has verifiable completion records for mandatory training, including food safety, FSQA, allergen awareness, workplace safety and onboarding.
Build and maintain 360Learning dashboards that show engagement and effectiveness patterns that guide content changes, not only completion rates.
Work with Training Content Specialists to act on learner data, coordinate content fixes and measure their impact.
Keep training records complete, accessible and exportable for internal and external audits.
Apply instructional design principles to platform choices such as course sequence, prerequisites, knowledge check placement and learning path design.
Set standards for course naming, descriptions, thumbnails and navigation that suit a Tier 1 associate audience.
Assess new platform features, AI tools and third-party integrations for their value to learners or their effect on admin workload.
Work as a peer with the Training Content Manager and VDM Manager to define the learning and visual approach for the Global Value Stream.
Manage the Senior Learning Experience Designer directly: set priorities and quality standards, hold regular one-to-ones, coach on platform and content skills, and plan their growth.
Build a two-person platform team with shared workflows, cross-training and cover arrangements so that no single person is critical.
Work as a hands-on manager who handles complex platform tasks personally and sets the standard for operational quality and learner focus.

Strong organization, project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities across brands and sites.
Experience producing compliance training reports for HR, operations or regulatory audiences.
Able to travel up to 15% to distribution center sites in the US; international travel as the program grows into EU and ANZ.

Preferred: experience managing HRIS to LMS integrations, especially Workday, including automated enrollment triggers, role-based assignment and data sync.
Preferred: people management experience, with a focus on developing a direct report's skills.
Preferred: familiarity with SCORM, xAPI or other eLearning packaging standards for admin and troubleshooting.
Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish, since the distribution center audience is multilingual.
