IT Program Manager - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Description

The role is a Program Director position on a portfolio of business applications, leading a team that delivers development and operations and maintenance support.

The work is highly collaborative, with staff and contractors designing and building applications for mission users.

The job is based on a customer site in Chantilly, VA, requires TS SCI with Polygraph clearance, and is fully onsite with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• You own successful completion of all tasks in an assigned program area with annual revenue of $25M and above.
• You work daily with senior customer and technical managers, as well as contract staff and corporate support groups.
• You manage all resources and costs, including shifts in demand, staff selection and assignments, cross-skilling, and keeping staff availability aligned with mission objectives.
• You coordinate closely with customer senior management to meet strategic goals.
• You act as the single point of contact for project status, tasking, schedule, performance and issue resolution.
• You work with the customer and contractor technical management team to build and maintain a program plan for developing and running 20+ new business functions or applications.

Requirements

• You have 7+ years of related experience and a BA/BS or equivalent.
• You are a US citizen.
• You have experience with Agile methodology, financial management and people management.
• You are familiar with standard project management approaches and methods.
• You bring collaboration, communication, knowledge of IT and software development, contract management, and skills in budgeting, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
• Preferred: technical writing, agile software development, the software development lifecycle, ServiceNow and Salesforce, and experience providing PM support on a government contract.

Conditions

Full-time, 40 scheduled hours per week, onsite at the Chantilly, VA customer site.

Travel is less than 10%.

Clearance required: TS SCI with Polygraph, currently held.

US citizenship required.

Salary is likely to be $182,882 to $247,428, set by experience, location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside this range.
