Libra is part of the company, a global provider of professional information services.

This role leads strategic business initiatives that drive Libra's growth and operational maturity. You will turn strategic priorities into executable programs, align stakeholders across Libra and the LR content and software Business Units, and keep high-impact work on schedule.

The team is looking for people who have led initiatives such as market expansion, post-merger integration, commercial scaling, strategic transformation, or launching products or services across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Take initiatives from concept through to delivery, so they produce the business results Libra is aiming for.
  • Independently convert strategic priorities into plans, roadmaps, milestones and deliverables.
  • Set scope, objectives, success metrics, governance and implementation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate workstreams, set priorities and hold people accountable, even without direct reporting lines.

  • Give regular status updates and prepare decision papers for the Libra leadership team and the Libra Steerco.
  • Oversee and track progress, objectives, risks, dependencies and expected business benefits.
  • Make sure teams are ready for segment, channel and market launches, working with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on program finances, including investment, budget use, business case delivery and value created.
  • Run programs that support Libra's growth strategy and expansion plans.
  • Lead market expansion programs by segment and country, working closely with Libra functional leaders, including entry into new countries or regions.
  • Lead change management and adoption work to make implementations stick. Assess readiness and coordinate change activities across functions and regions.
  • Prepare go-to-market readiness for new offerings, markets and opportunities.
  • Support building and running strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Plan and execute the cross-functional work needed to scale operations, working closely with Finance and Strategy.
  • Track growth objectives during the evaluation phase of a program and find ways to improve them.
  • Set up governance that makes execution disciplined, transparent and fast to decide.
  • Define and monitor milestones and KPIs.
  • Create reporting that gives everyone visibility and accountability.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and working sessions.
  • Identify risks in complex initiatives and build mitigation plans.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and help teams scale quickly while staying aligned with LR Business Units.
  • Act as an execution partner to the VP Growth & Operations on key growth and transformation priorities.
  • Influence senior leaders and functional teams across Libra and the LR Business Units to align, commit and deliver.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and alignment sessions.
  • Capture lessons learned and turn them into better ways of working.

Requirements
