Description

The role owns the design and development of multimodal training programs for global audiences.

The work supports growth of the company's imaging software business by building clinician proficiency and internal staff competency.

The company is looking for someone with a solid background in medical imaging software.

Responsibilities

  • Build instructional content for eLearning, asynchronous activities, and instructor-led sessions using tools such as Litmos, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or comparable software.
  • Produce training for end users and internal staff, including materials that prepare trainers.
  • Research topics thoroughly so content is accurate, and work with subject matter experts in molecular imaging, theranostics, radiation oncology, IT, networking, DICOM, and service procedures to turn complex technical and operational material into clear learning.
  • Design curriculum and materials based on adult learning theory and current instructional design practice.
  • Plan projects and deliver them on schedule.
  • Make sure content matches brand standards, meets regulatory requirements, and is ready for localization.
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data.
  • Keep up with product and business knowledge, and track new developments in healthcare IT, imaging, and instructional design.
  • Handle training logistics: schedule sessions, keep facilitator coverage plans current, prepare trainers, track attendance, registration, and certifications, and help connect the LMS with other tools.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in instructional design or technical training development.
  • Strong skill with eLearning authoring tools and enterprise learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work alone and within a global, cross-functional team, including with people in the U.S.
  • Sharp critical thinking and investigative skills, including spotting gaps in information, asking the right questions, and deciding what information is still needed.
  • Strong stakeholder management: you can guide people without formal authority, settle competing priorities, and keep work moving when needs, timelines, and priorities shift quickly.
  • Results-driven and action-oriented.
