Senior Product Designer, CRM & Industries Workflows (Technology)

Description

The Product Design team puts user and customer needs at the centre to build product experiences people enjoy. Its designers come from design systems, visual, interaction, content and product design backgrounds. Design has a direct voice in decisions, so the team works with engineering and product management from the outset.

The Industries Technology team builds industry-specific products that help organizations work more efficiently, decide better and serve their customers better. The team works on complex workflows and defines intelligent, AI-native experiences.

The team is looking for a designer who works well with others, is curious about customer problems, balances systems thinking with close attention to detail, and communicates clearly. The role turns complexity into clarity.

Responsibilities

• Create new design solutions and product experiences that change how people work around the world.
• Own user experiences from first concept through delivery, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and design principles.
• Work in a cross-functional team to present and defend your design approach, combine feedback from several stakeholders, and offer input to colleagues in a supportive setting.
• Coach and mentor teammates, building your own leadership skills along the way.

Requirements

• Preferred: Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or assessing AI's impact on your function or industry.
• Preferred: 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• Preferred: A strong portfolio showing end-to-end, user-centered solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
• Preferred: Solid experience with design tools to produce detailed high-fidelity designs and specifications that keep consistency, usability and accessibility intact within a larger system or product.
• Preferred: A growth mindset, steadily building core skills through complex assignments and varied experience.
• Preferred: Ability to build trust through clear, open communication.
• Preferred: Experience taking part in the full product development lifecycle for web and/or software applications.
• Preferred: Experience in user experience design or industry experience in corporate, software, web or agency settings.

Conditions

Work persona (flexible, remote, or required in office) is assigned based on the nature of the work and the assigned work location.

Benefits

• Base pay of $128,900 - $219,100, plus equity where applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
• The base pay shown is a guideline; individual total compensation varies by qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location, and is based on the geographic location of the role and subject to change.
• Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure.
