Responsibilities

• Lead dedicated flight training projects end to end, from setup to rollout.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Keep the worldwide ATO and staff informed about project status and next steps.
• Track project performance, report KPIs, and spot where things can improve.
• Capture good practice, judge the effect of proposed changes, and drive change inside the ATO.
• Watch regulatory, customer, and other external guidance affecting flight training projects and program content and delivery, and act on it.
• Support the growth of the flight training program within the ATO and with customers.
• Watch for compliance risks and act with integrity, which supports the company's reputation and long-term growth.
