  • Run project controls covering resources, consultant and contractor performance, programme monitoring, quality assurance, cost control and approval of payment certificates under the contract terms.
  • Prepare, review and sign off execution plans, programmes, cash flow forecasts, cost reports, risk registers and progress updates.
  • Supervise the daily work of construction contractors so they follow approved designs, specifications, contracts, airport safety rules and quality standards.
  • Oversee drainage improvements such as surface water management, stormwater networks, runway and taxiway drainage interfaces, apron drainage and related assets, keeping them resilient and environmentally compliant.
  • Identify and manage risks, technical problems, programme constraints and operational interfaces, putting mitigations in place to limit disruption and keep sites safe.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and handover of finished drainage assets to airport operations and maintenance teams.
