Responsibilities

  • Answer customer concerns promptly and professionally, and help resolve issues.
  • Close projects on time and within scope, with full documentation and clear communication.
  • Apply PMI practices across integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement.
  • Own project results from kickoff to closeout, with accountability, safety and integrity.
  • Stay on site, keep staff and customers informed, and clear obstacles before they hurt delivery.
  • Watch financial trends early, review expenditures closely, and turn project performance into accurate forecasts.
  • Check workmanship and progress often so quality problems get fixed fast.
  • Work with the team, vendors and customer contacts openly, with trust and practical problem solving.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or an associate degree, or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
  • 5 years of project management experience in the security industry or in new construction.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
