Senior Program Manager

Description

The company is hiring for several Senior Program Manager roles in its Data Center and Strategic Accounts business. Openings include three Data Center Senior Program Manager positions focused on hyperscale accounts and one Senior Program Manager position focused on colocation companies.

The work centres on large, strategically important projects for some of North America's biggest data center customers, which support the company's transformer technology, digitalization and sustainability work.

You will manage a set of complex, linked projects across several manufacturing sites, global teams and key stakeholder groups, aiming for on-time, on-budget delivery at a high standard of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead several data center programs across a worldwide manufacturing network.
• Act as the main contact for key strategic customers.
• Build and run program schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Align internal departments and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Track performance and share clear, candid status updates.
• Spot risks and opportunities, and put practical mitigation plans in place.
• Resolve issues and keep projects moving through to completion.
• Apply sound contract and claim management practices that support business goals.
• Make sure work complies with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project or program management experience.
• A proven record of leading teams and building a collaborative, high-performing group.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A track record of juggling several priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.
• Experience using project and business tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project and Excel.
