  • Build project plans with clear tasks, owners and dates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and hold others accountable.
  • Use digital systems such as MS Office tools and the Digital Operations Center.

Requirements

  • Either a BA or BS with at least 2 years of experience, an associate's degree with at least 4 years, or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven use of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Business acumen from managing projects, teams, programs or workstreams of varying complexity.
  • Ability to turn data visualizations into actionable business decisions and present them.
  • Basic understanding of finance and solid working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in change management.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Bonus: an MBA or PMI certification.
  • Bonus: relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Bonus: previous supervisory management experience in problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Bonus: in-depth knowledge of digital systems used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bonus: experience with common AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to support problem solving and productivity, curiosity about improving outcomes with them, and understanding of responsible AI, including risk management and ethical use.
