Description

The leader owns commercial results and team development for the company's marketing effectiveness business across EEMEAI, the region covering Eastern European countries, the Middle East, Africa and India.

You will lead a team of 4 and be accountable for the regional revenue target, a steady pipeline, and growing business with new and existing clients.

The company is a consumer intelligence firm that merged with GfK in 2023. It is an Advent International portfolio company, operates in 100+ markets, and covers more than 90% of the world's population.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual and quarterly marketing effectiveness revenue targets for EEMEAI.
  • Set the regional growth plan, turn it into market and account priorities, and keep clear visibility of pipeline, risks and opportunities.
  • Win new business and deepen strategic relationships with current clients in FMCG, non-FMCG, media and related sectors.

  • Run a working rhythm across a spread-out region, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal coaching and skills development.
  • Direct resources to the deals with the greatest commercial potential while keeping sensible client coverage across the region.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable team and help members grow their commercial and marketing effectiveness skills.
  • Act as the senior regional expert and advocate for the company's marketing effectiveness and MMM capabilities.
  • Draw on hands-on modeling work to explain model design, data needs, methodology, validation, interpretation and how results are applied.
  • Explain clearly what MMM offers compared with other measurement and analytics solutions, and when each one fits.
  • Turn complex analytical ideas into business implications for marketing, media, insights, finance, procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Shape client solutions that answer commercial questions, making sure proposals reflect client needs and what the company can deliver.
  • Work with country leaders, sales, analysts, modelers, delivery teams and product stakeholders to develop and run regional opportunities.
  • Make the handover from sale to delivery clear on scope, methodology, timing and expected outcomes for the client and project team.
  • Feed client and market feedback into solution development and help strengthen the regional marketing effectiveness proposition.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, client events and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Success measures: achieving annual and quarterly EEMEAI revenue targets; a healthy, qualified pipeline with reliable forecasting and balanced coverage; growth in new clients, strategic account expansion and adoption of MMM and marketing effectiveness solutions; strong performance, capability growth and clear accountability across the 4-person team; high-quality collaboration from commercial development through technical delivery and client adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing effectiveness, media analytics, advanced analytics, consulting, commercial leadership or a related field.
  • A track record of leading teams and delivering results across several countries or a complex regional market.
