  • Define relevant KPIs, monitor performance closely, and adjust marketing quickly.
  • Manage several marketing agency relationships, their workflow, and their expense budgets.

  • Build strong working relationships across functions and lead discussions with varied stakeholders on high-stakes topics under tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated experience strategically leading personal and non-personal tactical development and execution.
  • At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry (for example in marketing, sales, agency, or consulting), with working knowledge of brand management, professional promotion, patient education, social media, and other NPP principles.
  • Experience developing and actively managing patient tactical and media plans is strongly preferred. A digital media background is also expected.
  • Comfort managing competing priorities that shift often, and working through uncertainty with urgency.
  • Ability to judge the feasibility, impact, and risk of proposed programs, build mitigation plans, and win internal support and approval.
  • Strategic thinking, an inventive mindset, empathy, and close attention to detail. Come ready to take on new business problems with curiosity and fresh ideas.

  • High ethical standards and personal integrity.
  • Travel of about 30% is expected.
  • Ability, with or without accommodation, to use a computer, communicate by phone, video, and messaging, solve problems and analyze non-linear issues, collaborate, and be available during standard business hours.
