On Premise Trade Marketing Intern

Description

The role sits in the On Premise channel, which covers bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality venues where brands reach consumers directly.

You will help bring brand and commercial strategies into the market, supporting visibility, activation and engagement across a wide customer network.

The internship is part of the Trade Marketing team within the Field organization.

Responsibilities

• Help manage point of sale (POS) materials and tools, including ordering, tracking deliveries and supporting market rollout.
• Help roll out branded POS assets and contribute to visibility initiatives across the Field organization.
• Help build consumer activation and product communication projects, working with internal teams and external partners on execution materials and launch tools.
• Help turn consumer insights into in-store execution standards for occasion-based activation programs.
• Support national integrated marketing campaigns in the On Premise channel with Brand Marketing and Field teams.
• Support daily work across the Field organization and learn what execution needs and business priorities look like.
• Contribute to Trade Marketing projects and activations, coordinating tasks with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Over time, take on your own projects and responsibilities, building skills in planning, project management and operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field, or be currently enrolled in one.
• A real interest in Trade Marketing and the On Premise environment.
• A proactive, curious attitude, a wish to learn, and a practical, solution-focused way of working.
• Solid planning, organization and prioritization skills, and a careful eye for detail.
• Clear communication and people skills, with the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay effective in a quick-moving, changing environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.

Conditions

Monthly internship allowance of €800 plus meal vouchers.
