Description

The company's Product Marketing team drives business growth and builds the brand, creating campaigns and content that win new accounts and deepen existing ones.

The company is a leading platform for human and AI collaboration, used by millions of teams worldwide to reach their most important goals faster.

This Senior Product Marketing Manager role owns how the company engages IT and digital transformation leaders, with CIOs and IT Operations leaders as the main audiences.

The role sits in Audience Marketing, which shapes how the company speaks to the specific people and industries it sells to. Those buyers are dealing with tool consolidation, AI adoption, governance, and the move to agentic workflows. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing, Audience Marketing, and work with PMM, sales, and product.

Responsibilities

  • Own audience strategy, messaging, and positioning for CIO, digital transformation, and IT Operations personas, in line with the company's wider positioning and revenue goals.
  • Build deep expertise on the forces reshaping IT stacks, including AI adoption, tool sprawl and consolidation, security and governance, and modernization.
  • Map how these buyers make decisions: who owns budget, how they work, how they evaluate options, and the parts played by technical influencers and executive sponsors.
  • Write technically sound content for every stage of the buyer journey, such as point-of-view pieces, solution narratives, demos, executive briefings, and whitepapers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert across the portfolio, working with Core PMMs to link products to IT priorities like AI governance, tool consolidation, and safely scaling AI agents across the enterprise.
  • Give the sales field what it needs for technical conversations: discovery guides, objection handling, competitive positioning, battlecards, and customer proof.
  • Shape new-logo acquisition campaigns with the Campaigns team to create net-new pipeline.
  • Bring feedback from IT audiences and the market into product and positioning decisions.
  • Build sales enablement and make sure sales plays succeed.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years in product marketing, audience marketing, or GTM at an enterprise software company.
  • You understand IT and technical buyers well, including how stack, vendor, and budget decisions are made.
  • Experience in ITSM, developer tools, AI and automation platforms, or work management is preferred.
  • You can explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to both practitioners and executives.
  • You are comfortable in fast-moving categories where the story shifts every quarter, and you have a view on where the market is going.
  • You are a skilled storyteller and writer who turns research into content sales can use and campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative research to set strategy and measure results.
  • You are a strong presenter, at ease in a CIO briefing or a sales enablement session, and a sharp editor who holds content to a high standard.
  • The company wants diverse teams and encourages you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement.

Conditions

Base salary is estimated at $135,000 to $160,000 CAD. The final figure depends on market, and on individual qualifications assessed objectively during interviews. The range is a guideline and may change.

Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentive pay for applicable sales roles, and benefits. Ask your recruiter for details on total compensation and benefits for this role.

The company is office-centric and uses elements of hybrid work so global team members can collaborate easily. It has more than 13 offices worldwide.

The company runs an annual pay equity audit and reviews pay against market value.

  • Mental health, wellness, and fitness benefits.
  • Career coaching and support.
  • Inclusive family building benefits.
  • Long-term savings or retirement plans.
