Description

The best fit is an on-site role in East Hanover, NJ, though remote work may be possible in certain states.

Remote staff pay their own home office costs. The hiring manager decides whether periodic travel and lodging is needed.

On-site staff may receive relocation help for moves within 50 miles of the site.

The role involves 10% travel, domestic or international, as the business defines it.

You will report to the Executive Director, Product Lead, and own a set of the company's internal product platform capabilities from first idea through rollout, adoption and ongoing improvement. You connect business leaders with product management, engineering, UX and AI teams so the work delivers measurable value and fits the enterprise product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the backlog, roadmap delivery and feature priorities for your assigned capabilities.
• Work with business leaders to set product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Work closely with engineering, applied AI, UX, data science and architecture teams to ship high-quality AI-enabled products.
• Lead product discovery, user testing, release planning and improvements driven by customer feedback and analytics.
• Track adoption, business results, KPIs and user satisfaction to guide what comes next.
• Make sure work meets enterprise product standards, governance, Responsible AI rules and platform architecture.
• Run cross-functional product meetings and act as the main product owner for your initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or higher degree in business, computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
• Have 8+ years in product ownership, product management, business analysis or digital product delivery.
• Have delivered enterprise software, AI-enabled products or digital transformation work using agile product practices.
• Manage stakeholders well, communicate clearly, set priorities, and turn business needs into product requirements.
• Have working knowledge of AI, analytics, data platforms, UX principles and modern software development lifecycles.
• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms, commercial systems or data-driven products.
• Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• The role also calls for artificial intelligence, business value creation, change management, a curious mindset, data governance, data literacy, data quality, data science, data visualization, deep learning, learning agility, machine learning (ML), machine learning algorithms, mentorship, stakeholder engagement, statistical analysis and time series analysis.

Conditions

The salary range is $194,600.00 to $361,400.00 per year.

Final pay depends on skills and experience and is reviewed periodically after you join. The company may change the published range based on company and market factors.

Pay includes a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on level, possible eligibility for annual equity awards.
