Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline such as engineering, computer science, life sciences or product management.
  • Significant experience in product ownership or product management, including managing a product from concept to adoption.

  • Experience with data, analytics or reporting solutions and turning them into clear product decisions.
  • Experience delivering products in regulated environments, with an understanding of quality, validation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior, cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical R&D, development operations, clinical operations or manufacturing engineering.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with business intelligence or analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI, machine learning or predictive analytics applied to operational decisions.
