The company makes games and gaming technology, and this role leads marketing and communications for its iLottery business, a lottery product line. You report directly to the Vice President, Global Product Marketing, within the Global Regulated Marketing function.
You own the iLottery narrative and audience strategy and work with the wider Communications group on company-wide standards, media engagement, and reputation priorities. You act as the iLottery subject matter expert for Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CAM), share accurate information and clear messages, connect operational leaders and talent to priority initiatives, and coordinate work across teams. Turning complex information into compelling stories and practical tools is central to the job.
Responsibilities
Set the coordinated iLottery marketing and communications strategy, tying priorities to business goals, customer needs, commercial openings, market conditions, and the company's wider story.
Be the go-to iLottery marketing and communications expert across Global Regulated Marketing and CAM, advising on audiences, messaging, timing, channels, risks, and opportunities.
Shape positioning, messages, value propositions, proof points, and narrative structure for iLottery platforms, products, content, services, and priority initiatives.
Own iLottery communications for the go-to-market effort alongside Corporate Communications, covering audience strategy, executive messages, thought leadership, industry stories, announcements, media opportunities, and reputation programs.
Make sure product marketing, customer communications, Government Affairs messaging, executive communications, paid and owned campaigns, events, and sales enablement all tell one consistent market story.
Act as the iLottery CAM subject matter expert and main cross-functional coordinator. Bring in the right leaders and specialists, give them the context and materials they need, and keep everyone aligned through delivery.
Work closely with Government Affairs on market education and engagement, policy and legislative context, jurisdiction-specific considerations, and communications for priority market opportunities.
Turn iLottery capabilities and customer results into clear stories for lottery operators, government partners, regulators, policymakers, industry associations, commercial partners, executives, and internal teams.
Own go-to-market planning for priority iLottery launches and initiatives, from early planning through launch readiness, activation, adoption, and post-launch improvement.
Work with Product, Commercial, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and regional teams to understand roadmaps, procurement cycles, customer priorities, RFP needs, competitor moves, and market openings, then turn these into targeted recommendations and deliverables.
Provide messaging, value propositions, proof points, presentations, executive briefings, and market materials that strengthen proposals and commercial bids, including RFP support.
Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources such as product briefs, pitch materials, launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, customer content, briefing books, talking points, FAQs, and reusable content templates.
Work with Customer Marketing, Digital/MarTech, Paid Media, and Analytics on integrated B2B programs that build awareness, consideration, and preference before formal procurement and drive measurable engagement.
Guide iLottery content and messaging for conferences, customer forums, executive engagements, trade publications, digital experiences, newsletters, social channels, and supporting assets, working with the responsible teams.
Set clear briefs, priorities, governance, timelines, dependencies, owners, and approval routes so cross-functional teams can deliver accurate, on-brand, compliant, customer-ready work efficiently.
Present strategies, investment needs, results, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leaders and business partners, with clarity and sound commercial judgment.
Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences as needed to represent the company and advance product marketing priorities.
Requirements
At least 10 years of steadily growing experience in product marketing, communications, go-to-market strategy, public affairs, government relations, content marketing, or a related field. Experience in lottery, gaming, regulated technology, fintech, public-sector technology, or another complex B2B setting is preferred.
Proven record of leading coordinated product marketing and communications for complex platforms, products, services, or market initiatives.
Experience working with government, regulatory, public-sector, institutional, or similarly complex audiences, with sound judgment in heavily governed settings.

Strong analytical skills, with comfort using market intelligence, customer feedback, campaign results, performance data, and competitive insights to shape recommendations and improve outcomes.
