Description

Based in Wilmington, DE, this role requires at least 3 days per week onsite and is not open to remote work.

The role turns the Immunology brand and indication-expansion strategy into HCP-facing marketing tactics for new disease indications within the Lifecycle Management (LCM) portfolio.

You act as the main tactical partner to the CLE/LN and SSc/IIM Marketing Directors, helping build launch-ready collateral, digital assets, and field enablement materials that keep one Immunology brand voice.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Omnichannel, Commercial Learning, and MLR to keep HCP engagement consistent, compliant, and effective across all LCM indications.

Responsibilities

  • Turn brand and indication-expansion strategy into HCP-ready experiences for new indications and specialties, using insights, campaigns, and messaging platforms.
  • Work with Sales and Brand Leadership to rank and sequence the tactics and assets that prepare HCPs at each launch milestone.
  • Build launch tactics with other marketing colleagues that adapt to each indication while staying on one brand voice.
  • Co-create branded and unbranded iCVA experiences and HCP websites that tie together strategy, messaging, and channels. Lead delivery of the unbranded website and its main traffic drivers with the Omnichannel Associate Director.
  • Combine agency work with AI-supported methods to produce quality content faster and get more return from HCP-facing spend.
  • Work with Sales Leadership, the Sales Leadership Excellence Associate Director, Commercial Learning, and CAL to build clear, launch-ready training that helps field teams talk to HCPs with confidence and clinical credibility.
  • Produce a full set of field-ready resources: branded and unbranded iCVA content, sales training, promotional education, campaign pull-through tactics, and MLR-approved collateral for personal and non-personal channels.
  • Align with the Sales Leadership Excellence and Omnichannel Associate Directors so shared frameworks for iCVA, websites, and messaging stay connected, adaptable, and on brand.
  • Direct agency-of-record and vendor partners, with the Marketing Directors, so work lands on time, within budget, and linked to strategy.
  • Run day-to-day progress of assets through MLR, Legal, and Regulatory review so HCP content is compliant, on label, and timely.
  • Work with Insights & Analytics and Omnichannel partners to read performance across HCP touchpoints and use those findings to improve campaigns and assets.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, sales, or another commercial function.
  • A proven record leading HCP, consumer, sales enablement, or field-facing commercial initiatives.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, including working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
  • Preferred: at least 5 years in Immunology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Specialty Care, or Biologics.
  • Preferred: experience supporting a specialty sales organization.
  • Preferred: omnichannel marketing and customer engagement experience.
  • Preferred: pharmaceutical launch or lifecycle management experience.
  • Preferred: an MBA or other advanced degree.

Conditions

Base pay is expected to fall between $180,000 and $216,000 USD per year, and may vary by market location, job knowledge, skills, and experience.

Non-exempt hourly and salaried employees receive overtime pay for qualifying overtime hours.

The role may include a short-term incentive bonus, and eligibility for an equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), a retirement contribution (hourly roles), or commission (sales roles).

The role is at-will, and the company may change base pay or other discretionary pay at any time, based on individual or team performance and market factors.

Full benefit plan details are shared on receipt of an offer.

Equal employment opportunity applies to all applicants. Accommodation requests can be made through the application form.

Benefits

  • A qualified retirement plan (401(k)).
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and leave.
  • Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage, under the terms of the applicable plans.
