Description

Location is Toronto, Canada, hybrid with 2 days per week in the office.

The company is part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG). The company serves restaurants and diners, with 70,000+ restaurant partners and over 25 years in operation. Its platform helps restaurants manage their teams, guests and revenue, and helps diners find and book restaurants.

The company is hiring a Director of B2B Growth Marketing to lead the growth function that helps restaurants find, adopt and expand use of its products.

You will own full-funnel performance across self-serve and sales-assisted motions, and be accountable for pipeline, conversion and revenue across Independent and Enterprise restaurants.

You will lead a team of eight across the core growth function, combining customer insight, marketing judgment, analytical rigor and technical fluency to produce measurable results.

The role suits a leader who sets strategy, makes sound investment tradeoffs and helps a talented team do its best work.

Responsibilities

  • Define the B2B growth strategy and operating plan for Independent and Enterprise restaurants, turning company goals into priorities, targets and investment choices.
  • Own performance from acquisition and activation through opportunity creation, conversion, retention, expansion and revenue, across both self-serve and sales-assisted journeys.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, setting clear ownership and high standards, encouraging collaboration and creating real growth paths.
  • Build a connected growth system across the customer journey, directing SEO, lifecycle, paid marketing, web and marketing operations as parts of one system rather than separate channels.
  • Set up a trusted performance framework and work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance to improve measurement, customer progression, pipeline quality and conversion.
  • Allocate budget, prioritize experiments, and use data, automation and AI with judgment to raise growth efficiency and make clear decisions to scale, change or stop.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, performance marketing, revenue marketing or a related field, with a proven record of owning pipeline, conversion and revenue.
  • You have 3+ years leading a growth or performance marketing team, including developing managers or leading a team of meaningful size.
  • You have designed or scaled both self-serve and sales-assisted growth motions.
  • You are strong analytically and technically, comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, experimentation and data quality. You can work close to the data, understand the systems behind it and turn analysis into decisions.
  • You have strong commercial judgment and lead across functions, linking marketing spend to customer value, efficiency, pipeline and revenue.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, technology, hospitality or another complex, multi-segment business.
  • Preferred: a record of building or improving a growth engine across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
  • Preferred: experience using unit economics such as CAC, LTV, payback period or contribution margin to guide investment.
  • Preferred: experience building a disciplined experimentation culture and applying AI or automation to marketing operations and decisions.
  • Preferred: experience leading distributed or globally connected teams and influencing senior stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance.
  • This posting is for an existing vacancy.
