Description

The company secures identity for the AI era by building neutral, trusted infrastructure that lets organizations adopt AI safely.

You will advise the Digital Strategy team on what to test, why it matters, and what results mean for customers.

You will connect customer research, testing strategy, and stakeholder input, and build a testing roadmap based on B2B buyer journeys.

The role is hands-on: you will launch tests yourself, present findings, and become the go-to voice on site optimization and personalization.

The team wants builders and owners who move quickly, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Decide what to test and personalize, and explain why, using optimization best practices.
  • Refine test hypotheses with stakeholders so they are rigorous.
  • Build and manage a quarterly testing roadmap grounded in customer research and business priorities.
  • Run your own research into friction points, user segments, and behavior across the B2B buyer journey, then turn it into testing hypotheses and personas.
  • Launch and manage simple tests yourself, such as copy changes, basic targeting, and basic segments, and work with engineering on complex builds.
  • Own test plans, success criteria, and result validation.
  • Go beyond winners and losers to find segment-specific lift and which experiences suit which buyer profiles, then shape the next phase of strategy.
  • Present test ideas, progress, and conclusions, framing wins as gains in sales cycle efficiency and user experience.
  • Understand data layers, tracking, and technical frameworks well enough to brief engineers on personalization triggers. You will not implement the work yourself.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, experimentation, or optimization, including managing testing roadmaps and building strategic plans across marketing functions.
  • Experience defining audiences and targeting, and testing hypotheses against specific segments.
  • Experience creating personalization campaigns for web properties, reporting progress, and improving them over time.
  • A data-first approach to customer research and synthesis, translating findings into testing strategy.
  • Experience with Optimizely, VWO, or another testing platform is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Target is a plus.
  • Experience presenting test ideas, results, and strategic recommendations to Directors and Senior Directors, framing results as business outcomes.
  • Technical literacy in data layers, tracking, and how personalization is built, with the ability to launch simple copy and targeting tests independently.
  • B2B experience, including long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and complex buyer journeys.
  • Preferred: familiarity with B2B martech tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, or 6sense, used to inform targeting.
  • Preferred: experience shaping testing strategy or roadmaps as a peer advisor, challenging ideas and improving hypotheses.
  • Preferred: experience serving on strategic councils or advisory groups as a trusted voice on digital strategy, user behavior, or testing, across multiple teams.
  • Preferred: skill building decks, dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Looker, or visual stories that make data compelling for leadership.
  • Preferred: active use of generative AI tools and workflows to speed up the experimentation lifecycle.

Conditions

Base salary for candidates located in Canada is $140,000 to $192,000 CAD per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.

Equal-opportunity and legal notice: New York City applicants may be assessed with automated employment decision tools under Local Law 144, and a full notice is available.

Benefits

  • Equity, where applicable, and a bonus.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • RRSP with a company match.
  • Healthcare spending account and telemedicine.
  • Paid leave, including PTO and parental leave, under the applicable plans and policies.
  • An in-person onboarding experience designed to connect you to the mission and team from day one.
