Description

The company is hiring a Director of B2B Growth Marketing to run the growth function that helps restaurants find the company's products, start using them and expand their use.

You own performance across the full funnel for both self-serve and sales-assisted paths, and answer for pipeline, conversion and revenue across Independent and Enterprise restaurants.

You set direction, weigh investment trade-offs and build a team of eight, drawing on customer insight, marketing judgment, analysis and technical know-how.

The company is a publicly traded subsidiary listed on NASDAQ as BKNG, works with 70,000+ restaurant partners and millions of diners, and has 25+ years of experience. Its technology lets restaurants focus on their team, guests and bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Define the B2B growth strategy and annual operating plan for Independent and Enterprise restaurants, turning company goals into priorities, targets and budget decisions.
  • Own results across the whole funnel, from acquisition and activation through opportunity creation, conversion, retention, expansion and revenue, in both self-serve and sales-assisted journeys.
  • Manage eight people: set high standards, give clear ownership, encourage teamwork and create real paths for growth.
  • Join SEO, lifecycle, paid media, web and marketing operations into one customer journey system rather than running them as separate channels.
  • Build a dependable performance framework with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance to sharpen measurement, customer progression, pipeline quality and conversion.
  • Distribute budget, rank experiments, and use data, automation and AI to raise growth efficiency, making clear calls to scale, change or stop.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, performance marketing, revenue marketing or a similar field, with a proven record of owning pipeline, conversion and revenue results.
  • 3+ years leading a growth or performance team, including developing managers or running a sizeable group.
  • You have built or grown both self-serve and sales-assisted growth models.
  • Solid analytical and technical skills across CRM, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, experimentation and data quality. You work close to the data, understand the systems behind it and turn findings into decisions.
  • Sound commercial judgment and cross-functional leadership, linking marketing spend to customer value, efficiency, pipeline and revenue.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, technology, hospitality or another complex, multi-segment business.
  • Preferred: you have built or improved a growth engine spanning acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
  • Preferred: you have used unit economics such as CAC, LTV, payback period or contribution margin to guide investment.
  • Preferred: you have built a disciplined experimentation culture and applied AI or automation to marketing operations and decisions.
  • Preferred: you have led distributed or globally connected teams and influenced senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of two days a week in the office.

The role is based in the United States.

The salary range is $185,000-$205,000, set by market benchmarks, location and experience, and the role is eligible for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The schedule spans several time zones: most work falls in business hours, but you may need to handle calls, Slack or email outside them for international colleagues, restaurant partners or urgent matters, always within local laws.

Accommodations are available during hiring and on the job, so ask your recruiter if you need one.
