Digital Presales Solution Architect with Italian or Spanish

Description

The role sits in the Sofia Solutions Center, part of the worldwide presales organization that covers solutions centers and deal centers.

The center complements Geo teams by providing solutioning and pricing for HPE GreenLake, Operational Services and Managed Services, with set turnaround times and deliverable expectations.

The center serves the EMEA and LAC Geos, along with direct customers and partners.

The company is an edge-to-cloud company that helps businesses connect, protect, analyze and act on data and applications across edge and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by building opportunity pricing that meets set expectations.
• Own end-to-end pricing for the solutions in scope for the Solutions Center team.
• Work with Geo and country sales and pursuit teams to understand customer needs, then produce pricing quotes and Scope of Work documents for deals in pursuit.
• Help design specific deliverables and contribute to technical solutions.
• Check that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines.
• Apply broad knowledge of the company's technology to build part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.
• Identify the technology needed to meet a customer's business goals, and communicate with customer and internal HPE contacts at every level and across regions.
• Build expertise and hands-on knowledge of the applications in your assigned portfolio.
• Carry out assigned tasks independently.

Requirements

• Hold a technical degree, such as in computer science or IT engineering, at bachelor's or master's level.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in a similar field is an advantage.
• Learn technology concepts quickly and understand what each technology is for.
• Solve problems and analyze situations well.
• Put the customer first and manage your time with urgency when responding to customers.
• Work well in a team, share knowledge through documentation, and deliver solutions effectively.
• Be results-driven, self-starting and able to meet goals and objectives.
• Be communicative, flexible and quality-minded.
• Use Microsoft Office well, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Manipulate data in Microsoft Office and Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Write proposals and presentations.

Conditions

The role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office.

The location is Bulgaria.
