Digital Platforms Product Owner

Description

The company is a global financial institution, and the Wealth Operations organization is hiring a Product Owner for the product team behind its strategic client servicing platform.

The platform centralizes and automates service and operations workflows across global Wealth and Private Banking teams. It is scaling to hundreds of users worldwide and is adding AI capabilities to improve productivity.

You will own a defined section of the platform backlog and help set product direction for it, working with engineering, operations, client service, leadership, and AI/data teams to support phased delivery of a platform central to client service.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize part of the Wealth Workstation backlog, turning requests from Client Service Officers, Operations, and Management into solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering and AI/data science teams to define requirements for AI-driven features.
• Work with the data and insights team to build real-time dashboards that show process, platform, and user experience performance from every angle.
• Coordinate cross-functional integrations with key systems and partners to extend what the platform can do.
• Serve as the main contact for Client Service, Operations, and leadership stakeholders, collecting their feedback and turning it into prioritized enhancements and defect fixes.
• After release, track platform performance, user adoption, and key metrics, and refine features to boost productivity, client experience, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in financial services, ideally supporting operations or client servicing platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams.
• Highly desirable: understanding of AI and GenAI-enabled products, such as automation, NLP, and voice AI.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, bottleneck identification, and large data sets, plus a basic grasp of data analytics concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum, backlog management, and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strongly preferred: demonstrated expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or wider financial services operations.

Conditions

Full-time position based at the company Solutions Center Poland.

Hybrid working model, currently up to 2 days per week working from home.

Business casual dress code.

Base salary range of 165 020,00 zł to 280 980,00 zł, with the final offer subject to confirmation.
