Global Business Product Owner

Description

The company builds digital learning products for external customers, and this role sits in an agile team that delivers products and solutions meeting customer needs.

You will work closely with many stakeholders to keep business goals and user requirements aligned across the whole product lifecycle.

The role suits someone who treats the backlog as a link between digital learning and business value, not as a list to manage.

Responsibilities

• Turn broad business goals into clear, actionable user stories with the Dev, UX and QA teams.
• Prioritise the backlog using data and ROI, and turn feature requests into measurable business cases.
• Work with IT architects to keep learning data flows end to end, scalable and simple.
• Watch support data, user feedback and SLAs after launch so the platform keeps improving.
• Bring senior leaders, business process owners and other teams into agreement, explaining things clearly and with empathy.
• Show the We@RD dimensions and help shape the function's culture as part of the TransformD journey, including: putting customers and patients first, radically simplifying, trusting and collaborating with fun, everyone leading, and experimenting and learning.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• Solid understanding of learning ecosystems such as LMS and LXP, and how they connect.
• Proven record running digital platforms for external or commercial customers, not only internal HR training.
• Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs and prioritise backlogs by ROI.
• Comfortable working with IT architects on data flows, platform integrations and scalability.
• A mindset that favours radical simplification, experimentation based on data, and leading without direct authority.
• Preferred: Agile certification such as CSPO or PSPO.

The primary location is Sant Cugat del Vallès, and pay transparency details are based on that location.
