Business Developer - FX Financial Solutions

Around 2,000 staff work across nearly 70 cities. The Zurich team is office based.

This is a graduate business development role in FX and global payments, with uncapped commission on top of pay.

Promotion to Head of Desk typically happens within 12 months, and a client portfolio manager path is also available for those who want to specialise in advising key clients.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by reaching decision-makers in different industries.
• Research prospects, learn what they need, and pitch international payment and FX solutions to fit.
• Present, negotiate and close deals, which will directly shape your earnings and progression.
• Work with internal teams so new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• Recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Experience in B2B or B2C client-facing sales, door-to-door sales or cold calling is desired or held.
• No FX experience is needed, since potential matters more than your CV and full training is provided.
• Fluent Swiss German and strong business-level English.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the drive to hit ambitious targets.
