Business Analyst (French Speaker)

Description

The role sits between the business and the technology teams on transformation projects. The company is a European digital services firm with 28,000 consultants and specialists, present in 19 countries, and it generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023.

The team works in Agile and dynamic settings, so you should be comfortable taking initiative and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and write up business and functional requirements together with stakeholders.
• Write functional and technical specifications, user stories and supporting documents.
• Help with story mapping, defining acceptance criteria and validating requirements.
• Write and run test documents to check the quality of the solution.
• Keep business stakeholders and technical teams aligned on what the requirements mean.
• Take part in configuring and parameterizing the application to match business needs.
• Help improve how business analysis is done within Agile teams.
• Use SQL queries to support data analysis and validation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• French at C1 level, and English at B2 or C1 level.
• Solid experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping and test documentation.
• Experience writing both functional and technical documentation.
• A track record of working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Good working knowledge of SQL queries, database structures and data models.
• A solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with application parameterization and configuration.
• Banking industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• You work independently and take initiative.
• A collaborative approach and experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and good prioritization.

Conditions

Hybrid work: 50% onsite and 50% remote.

Based in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
