Description

The role is a Brand Marketing Manager position, permanent and based in Munich, shaping the brand's next phase through brand strategy, bold awareness campaigns, and collaborations with brands and creative talents.

The company is a European e-commerce business for home and living, active in 20+ European countries, with a GMV of EUR 507 million in 2025. It sells its own collection alongside third-party design brands through a platform that includes online shop, daily special offers, stores, a B2B service and a design service.

The company was founded in 2011, is headquartered in Munich and has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since October 2018.

You will work across brand strategy, creative work, media and culture with teams and partners in the company's European markets. The team wants someone who studies why some brands become iconic and stay relevant.

The team is international and works at a fast pace, with a focus on high performance and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and refine the company's brand strategy, positioning and identity so that its ambition shows up in consistent brand experiences.
  • Help plan and run integrated brand awareness campaigns across European markets, from strategy and creative briefs through media activation to performance review.
  • Write sharp, insight-led campaign and media briefs, and work with creative, media, PR, social, production and analytics colleagues to keep one brand story across all touchpoints.
  • Find, assess and support strategic partnerships with brands, designers and cultural figures that strengthen the company's relevance, reach and positioning.
  • Track global developments in design, fashion, lifestyle, media and culture, and turn relevant findings into fresh ideas for the company.
  • Use consumer insights, brand metrics, campaign data and new AI tools to test assumptions, improve results and guide marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, integrated campaigns or a similar field, ideally in an ambitious consumer, lifestyle, fashion, design or premium brand setting.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for lifestyle brands, a strong visual sense, an eye for contemporary culture, and real interest in how iconic brands create desire and keep their distinctiveness.
  • A strategic, commercial mindset that links creative ideas to clear brand goals, sees how awareness drives growth, and thinks beyond single campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of today's media landscape, including platforms, formats and the cultural conversations that shape how audiences find brands.
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work with many stakeholders and priorities at a fast pace, and the drive to question the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and bring others along.

Conditions

The position is permanent and based in Munich.

The company runs an in-office culture with 4 office days per week, Monday to Thursday.

You may work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

Equal opportunity and respect for differences are part of the company's culture.

Benefits

  • 30 days of paid holiday per year.
  • Discounts of 40% on the company's own collection and 20% on third-party brands, both on non-reduced items, plus a 20% Family & Friends discount on the company's collection and special-occasion vouchers.
  • Wellbeing support including mental health resources, sports memberships and preventive care.
  • Sustainable travel options, including discounted public transport and JobRad leasing.
  • Support for working parents, including an on-site daycare and a partnership with a multilingual childcare provider.
  • One annual Social Impact Day to volunteer for a cause you care about.
  • A high-performance culture built on trust, feedback and collaboration, in a central, dog-friendly office with a sunny terrace.
  • Team events such as movie nights, Oktoberfest, and summer and winter parties.
