  • Working proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Figma and AI tools are a plus.
  • A good understanding of digital design, including banners and email marketing.
  • Proven experience designing events, including large-scale print graphics that stay on brand across all touchpoints.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle many projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to pitch ideas well and collaborate.
  • Careful attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and with project management tools is a plus.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes feedback and team input in a flexible, collaborative way.
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • You will follow company policies, use sound judgment, work safely and inclusively with others, act with integrity and protect business operations and the brand.
