  • Keep track of market conditions, performance trends, and brand needs to find the best chances to strengthen and expand the franchise position.
  • Explain strategy, tactics, and support priorities clearly and briefly so affiliates understand them and back them.
  • Build trusted relationships with external customers and key internal stakeholders to help brands succeed.
  • Collect and analyse competitive intelligence and market insight from internal and external sources to inform decisions and priorities.
  • Manage the annual franchise budget carefully, directing resources to the most important brand and affiliate needs.
  • Help shape commercial planning for obesity emerging assets, including value propositions, positioning, early lifecycle plans, and revenue and cost forecasts.
  • Run commercial assessments of further potential indications across patient populations and sub-populations for existing assets and business development opportunities, working closely with iMAP, BD and PCS teams.
  • Help design and contribute to clinical and medical evidence generation plans with R&D.
  • Work with PCS, Insights and market research teams to develop and test value propositions through conversations with HCPs and patients.
  • Prepare clear presentations that explain strategies to varied audiences, including senior executives and cross-functional partners, and win support for obesity franchise development plans.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • You have proven marketing experience, with growing skill in brand strategy, execution, and commercial planning.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical brands within an affiliate is preferred.
  • You manage several priorities at once, organise your time well, and pay close attention to detail.
  • You work independently and also contribute within a team across several projects at the same time.
  • You bring a positive attitude and build strong working relationships with peers across functions to help them perform better.
  • You shape opinions and gain buy-in from people you do not manage.
  • You show leadership and build close working relationships across functions and affiliates to secure buy-in and roll out strategy and tactics.
