Description

The company is launching TrenibotE, a product in facial aesthetics, and this role leads the brand from launch readiness and market introduction through to day-to-day management and growth after launch.

The role turns brand strategy into practical plans, with heavy focus on field activation, working closely with sales leadership and field teams, and keeping customer-facing materials current and effective.

You will bring customer and field input into brand decisions, make sure teams have what they need to execute, and adjust plans and materials based on how the market responds.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full brand plan for TrenibotE, covering launch strategy, launch readiness, post-launch optimization, lifecycle planning and daily brand management.
  • Turn brand strategy into clear priorities, field plans and practical guidance that lead to consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, sales training and field teams to prepare for launch, collect market feedback as it comes in, find barriers to execution and adjust tactics.
  • Spend real time in the field through field rides, regional and national sales meetings, customer visits and regular work with field teams to understand customer needs and improve execution.
  • Give field teams ongoing direction, tools and coaching so they can explain the brand's value proposition with confidence and carry out brand priorities.
  • Lead the creation, approval, rollout and regular refresh of post-launch promotional materials, sales tools, campaigns, education resources and customer experiences for healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Use field insights, customer feedback, market research, competitor intelligence and performance data to improve messaging, materials, channels and tactical plans after launch.
  • Work across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Consumer, Digital, Analytics and Operations to keep launch on track and post-launch execution disciplined.
  • Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines and production workflows so assets and programs are delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
  • Set up launch and post-launch performance measures, report progress and risks, and recommend course corrections to hit brand objectives.
  • Represent the brand in planning, forecasting, business reviews and lifecycle discussions, keeping strategy and field execution aligned.
  • Build working relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, advocacy partners and outside experts to support adoption and shape future brand work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years in pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics or healthcare marketing, including meaningful experience launching a product and managing a brand after launch.
  • You have shown you can own a brand strategy and carry out tactical work with discipline and high quality.
  • You have worked closely with sales leadership and field teams, turned strategy into actionable guidance and used field input in brand decisions.
  • You have a track record of building and improving promotional materials, sales tools, campaigns and educational resources in a regulated setting.
  • You can lead cross-functional teams, agencies and complex workstreams, setting clear priorities, owning outcomes and deciding quickly.
  • You understand facial aesthetics market dynamics, customer needs and journeys, competitive trends and the regulatory landscape well.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • You must be able to travel up to 25-30%, including regular time in the field with sales teams and customers.
