Description

The company makes a CRM platform and is focused on AI agents and changes in how work gets done.

This individual contributor role leads complex customer migrations from kickoff through successful go-live.

You are the main technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, working with customers and Global Delivery Center (GDC) engineering partners to move customers to modern cloud architectures and show measurable value.

The role combines customer relationship work with hands-on technical execution, bridging a customer's legacy environment and their future-state platform.

Several roles are open across product areas including Data360, Revenue Cloud, Tableau and Marketing Cloud. Applicants may be considered for whichever fits best. Apply for no more than 3 roles within 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical delivery, project health and go-live results for each migration you lead.
  • Set up focused delivery plans that put high-impact milestones first and keep pod timelines on track.
  • Build trust with business and technical stakeholders, turning complicated migration issues into clear decisions.
  • Work with Account Teams and Sales leadership so migration goals match customer business strategy, renewals and expansion.
  • Run enablement and alignment sessions so customer teams are ready for the platform change.
  • Use AI agents and automation to speed up discovery, data mapping and code conversion, cutting manual work.
  • Delegate repeatable technical tasks to GDC partners while keeping full responsibility for output quality.
  • Work with Outbound Product Managers on roadmaps and pass field findings back as product improvements.
  • Find underused platform features and add them to migration plans to raise customer throughput and adoption.
  • Be a subject matter expert in at least one of: Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
  • Use AI literacy and prompt engineering to direct AI agents for data retrieval, migration health reports and task automation.
  • Act as the technical contact during major migration incidents, coordinating with Engineering and Product to protect customer operations at cutover.
  • Track technical trends and recommend releases that improve performance and stability in migrated environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success or Technical Consulting, with a strong record on large-scale platform migrations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in one or more of Marketing Cloud (Engagement/Intelligence), Data 360 (Data Cloud), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to deliver business value, lead technical discussions and handle complex stakeholders.
  • Skill at explaining complex technical architecture in plain business terms and guiding customers through data transformations.
  • Proven work with global or offshore delivery models, such as GDC, to speed up delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of the core CRM (Sales and Service Cloud) or specialized clouds (Marketing, Data, Revenue or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with AI agents or automation applied to data mapping, sentiment analysis or task automation.
  • Understanding of how target cloud platforms connect with telephony systems, third-party data sources and self-service portals.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. Experience is judged against core competencies such as extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteering and paid work.
  • Preferred: certifications in relevant domains, such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
  • Preferred: prior work as an individual contributor leading multi-million dollar transformation engagements.
  • Preferred: the company AI Associate or Agentblazer certifications.
