Description

You will own the full digital lifecycle of time tracking products for the company's operations worldwide, with platforms that affect tens of thousands of staff and must stay reliable and compliant.

You will sit in the Digital People Services team, part of the Digital Delivery & Operations unit that supports the People & Culture strategy. The unit works on a portfolio model covering Workday Time Tracking and several regional and local systems.

The role sits where HR operations meets digital technology. Accurate time recording and compliant absence management across many countries are central to it.

The company is a global biopharmaceutical business with teams in around 100 countries, focused on medicines and vaccines.

Responsibilities

  • Make product decisions for time tracking applications, covering budget planning, service requests and management across the global portfolio.
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Time Tracking module hands-on: build time templates, manage time calculations and create advanced calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of payroll earnings and deductions breakdowns across several countries is a big plus.
  • Act as the main contact between HR, Legal, Payroll and Digital teams, keeping communication clear and priorities set.
  • Manage third-party time and attendance vendors, including SLAs, performance reviews and contract negotiations.
  • Keep the system compliant with local working time rules, labor laws, collective agreements and data privacy requirements, including GDPR, in every supported country.
  • Lead change for system upgrades, regulatory updates and process changes, covering release notes, test coordination and adoption tracking.
  • Improve operations through incident handling, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across integrated HR platforms.

Requirements

  • Background in HR technology, time and attendance systems or digital product management in multinational settings, with proven work on Time Tracking solutions at regional or global scale.
  • Workday Time Tracking certification, plus its prerequisite Core HCM certification, is essential. Candidates without it may be considered only with substantial years of experience solely in Workday Time Tracking. Candidates whose experience is general HCM with only occasional Time Tracking configuration will be discarded.
  • At least one full-cycle Time Tracking implementation in which you served as an independent configuration consultant or subject matter expert.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and of time-to-payroll data flows, across multiple countries if possible.
  • At least one year of hands-on Tier 3 (L3) support work within Workday Time Tracking.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance and IT in matrix organizations, with experience managing third-party vendors and SLAs.
  • Understanding of multi-country working time complexity, including local directives, shift regulations, collective agreements and data privacy frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methods, backlog management and oversight of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or Business Administration. Workday Core HCM Admin and Time Tracking certifications are required.
  • Strong English for global collaboration. Working French is a bonus.

Conditions
