The company is a security-first enterprise AI firm. It builds foundation models and end-to-end products that help businesses solve practical problems.

It trains and deploys frontier models for enterprises that are building their own AI systems, and it sees its work as central to wider AI adoption.

The team includes researchers, engineers, designers and others who take pride in their craft and care about what the models deliver to customers.

The company is headquartered in Toronto and also has offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul.

The Web team runs the company's public website. It works with marketing, design and leadership to ship landing pages, content-driven UI and the CMS behind them, quickly and with polish.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine growth-oriented interfaces, including styling, layout and content-driven pages.
• Create and ship experiments and marketing features that help people find out about and try the product.
• Build with Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind, including the Sanity schemas that run the site.
• Make publishing easier for content editors through better workflows, clearer schemas and fewer pitfalls.
• Work day to day with a small team of engineers, designers and marketing partners.
• Improve performance and reliability where it makes a measurable difference, rather than adopting technology for its own sake.
• Use AI coding tools daily, and own what you merge: debug it, explain it and stand behind it.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience shipping production React and TypeScript apps, with attention to polish and performance.
• Be comfortable with Next.js and a headless CMS such as Sanity, or able to get up to speed quickly.
• Enjoy partnering with design and marketing.
• Leave code a little clearer than you found it.
• Try new tools when they help and drop them when they don't.
• Care about the outcome for users, not just the framework of the moment.
• Bonus: an eye for design or motion, a portfolio, a GitHub profile, or shipped marketing work.
• Plus: familiarity with monorepos (pnpm/Turborepo) or Vercel.

The company's Web team is remote-friendly, and the company has offices in the cities listed above, with more opening soon.
