Web Analytics Engineer

Description

The team is looking for a Web Analytics Engineer to work on strategic projects alongside colleagues in a collaborative setting.

You will make sure tracking and measurement are accurate across the company's digital channels, turn data into insights the business can act on, and help improve digital sales and marketing results.

Your core task is to deliver findings and recommendations that improve digital campaigns and channel performance and keep the web sales channel developing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA360/GA4), including server-side tracking in Google Cloud.
• Configure and maintain tags, cookies and other tracking tools so website activity can be measured.
• Ensure tracking works correctly for marketing campaigns on Google, Meta and other ad platforms.
• Create clear reports, dashboards and funnels that let everyone follow performance.
• Link marketing tools and platforms so data flows reliably.
• Investigate tracking faults and work with marketers, analysts and developers to resolve them.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow GDPR and recognised best practice.
• Contribute to Agile projects, handle day-to-day tasks and share your knowledge with the team.
• Report progress, findings and recommendations to stakeholders in plain, practical terms.

Requirements

• Experience with OneTrust and handling cookie consent.
• Hands-on work with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 360/GA4.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML basics. Coding as a developer is not required.
• Fluent English and at least one Baltic language.
• Familiarity with Google Consent Management Platform (CMP), Google Cloud Platform or Google Marketing Platform.
• Experience with Meta for Business, covering Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and Microsoft Advertising.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Prior work in an Agile team.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Practical background in data analytics, reporting or data development.
• Exposure to tools such as Hotjar, VWO or Supermetrics.

Conditions

Salary is paid monthly gross: Lithuania €4,700-5,700, Latvia €3,900-4,700, Estonia €4,700-5,600.

The ranges differ by country because employment taxation varies.

The main workplace is the office, with the option of hybrid work 2 days per week.

Location: Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn.
