DevOps Engineer – DNS, DevOps and Cloud Platform

Description

You will join Central Services, part of the Connectivity Platform, which provides core foundation services across data centers, offices, Azure and AWS.

The team has six engineers based in Stockholm and Riga, and builds services that other teams depend on.

Your work covers DNS, domain and certificate management, and automation in Azure, with ownership from initial idea through to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the DNS service, written in C.
• Run public and private DNS, including monitoring and orchestration.
• Govern the organisation's domains and DNS records through ServiceNow.
• Define and deploy Azure resources as code with Bicep or Terraform.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage access and identity integration using Entra ID or Curity.
• Improve the security, stability, monitoring and cost of the platform.
• Support development teams and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Senior-level skill in C.
• Senior-level skill in Azure and Azure DevOps, including hands-on work with Azure resources.
• Senior-level skill in infrastructure as code with Bicep or Terraform.
• Experience with DNS and certificate management.
• Knowledge of access management.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
• A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on quality and ongoing learning.
• Professional proficiency in English and Latvian, so you can work with the local team and with stakeholders in other countries.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with networks.
• Experience with firewalls.
• Experience with the ServiceNow API.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience with containers.

Conditions

The role follows a flexible hybrid model, with the office as your main workplace.

Business trips to Nordic countries are part of the role.
