Trainee Kitchen Sales Designer

Description

This trainee role covers planning, designing and selling kitchens from the company's product range.

You will use computer-aided design (CAD) and keep safety, practicality and customer satisfaction in mind while working towards depot and company sales and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and sell kitchen designs from the company's range, giving every customer a top standard of service.
• Build lasting, collaborative relationships with trade customers and the people they work for.
• Use the company's in-house design service to produce and present high-quality kitchen designs.
• Visit sites to measure rooms and understand what the customer needs.
• Prepare estimates, prices, delivery dates and stock requirements with accuracy.
• Drive your own vehicle to site visits during business hours. Mileage is reimbursed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with people at every level.
• Creativity and planning skills to design kitchens that are both practical and appealing.
• Experience in CAD design and/or sales is preferred but not essential, as training is provided.
• A track record of meeting and beating sales targets.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Conditions

The role is based at a depot and is a trainee position.

You must have a valid right to work in the UK. The company does not offer sponsorship of employment for depot positions at this time.
