Description

You will join the company's Therapeutic Strategy & Insights team as a Therapeutic Analytics Lead, working on complex global studies.

Your work combines clinical trial knowledge, data analysis and strategic thinking to shape country, site and patient enrollment plans.

You will work with medical, therapeutic strategy, business development and operations colleagues, turning varied data into clear advice for clients and senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on APAC opportunities, including China, so professional Mandarin and English are both needed.

The company provides clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to life sciences and healthcare organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the building of country, site and enrollment strategies for complex trial bids, including RFPs, early engagements and re-bids.
  • Review clinical and operational data from several sources to choose the countries, sites and enrollment methods most likely to deliver the study.
  • Turn complex data and clinical insight into recommendations that clients and internal teams can act on.
  • Present strategies and the evidence behind them in client meetings and bid defenses.
  • Lead planning discussions with Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, business development, clinical operations and other senior leaders.
  • Research therapeutic areas, treatment options and trial settings to shape each strategy.
  • Decide which data sources and findings matter most for each opportunity, using your clinical research background.
  • Act as subject-matter expert for feasibility and planning tools.
  • Coach colleagues and help improve planning methods and ways of working.
  • Keep up with changes in clinical research and drug development.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials.
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, biological sciences or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
  • A solid grasp of clinical research, the trial lifecycle and drug development.
  • Experience reading data and using evidence to guide clinical or operational decisions.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, and comfort working with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Able to work independently, manage several tasks at once and work effectively across functions in a matrix setting.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is particularly valuable:
  • Clinical trial feasibility
  • Country or site selection
  • Patient enrollment planning or strategy
  • Clinical project or study management
  • Clinical operations
  • Global or APAC clinical trials
  • Client-facing work in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting

Conditions

The potential annualized base pay range is 201 500,00 zł to 374 100,00 zł.

Actual base pay depends on factors such as qualifications (knowledge, skills, education and experience), location and schedule (full-time or part-time).

Candidates must provide truthful, complete information, as false statements may lead to disqualification or, if discovered later, dismissal under applicable law.

Benefits

  • Incentive plans, bonuses or other forms of compensation may be offered, depending on the position.
  • A range of health and welfare benefits and/or other benefits may be offered.
