E-Front Senior Business Analyst - Private Capital

Description

The project is a long-term programme for a top-tier banking client. It centres on using and integrating eFront, the leading platform for alternative investments such as private equity, real estate and private debt, with the client's core systems.

It is headquartered in Paris, has been operating for 22 years, and expects to reach €1 billion in revenue this year.

The company's core areas are data and technologies, cloud and application services, and management and innovation consulting. Its clients span transport and logistics, financial services, energy and utilities, retail, and media and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams and the vendor, then turn them into functional specifications.
• Take ownership of the functional design of eFront solutions and of their links with upstream and downstream systems.
• Write up changes, set acceptance criteria, and carry out impact and cost-benefit analyses.
• Draft test plans and test data, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Help investigate production issues and find their root causes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest) is required.
• You have worked 5+ years as an IT business analyst or functional analyst in financial services.
• You know private equity and real estate well, including fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls and distributions.
• You can use SQL to analyse data.
• You speak English fluently at C1 level.
• Experience with eFront Data Warehouse, eFront reporting, UCITS, FA, TA, custody, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) is required.

Conditions

The role is hybrid, based in Warsaw. You must commute there or relocate.

This is a long-term employment contract.
