The company is growing its Guidewire practice and is looking for experienced people across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Integration.

Your background can be in business analysis, solution design, architecture or implementation. The work covers large-scale transformation programmes for major insurance carriers across Europe.

The team is looking for people who can take part in large-scale Guidewire transformation programmes for major insurance carriers across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Take part in large-scale Guidewire transformation programmes for leading European insurance carriers.
• Help business and technology teams deliver PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Integration solutions.
• Collect, analyze and write up business requirements, then turn them into solution designs.
• Work with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testers across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead business process transformation and modernization work inside core insurance systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree at minimum.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter, or other IT systems work such as systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI or automation.
• Experience as a business analyst or tester.
• Clear communication and fluent English.
• You are digitally capable, forward-looking and driven to grow, manage your time well, and can juggle several commitments or projects at once.
• You are a natural leader who keeps building your skills and builds relationships easily with clients and colleagues.

Conditions

Most of the work is remote, but it involves travel and advisory work, often at client offices.

You must be willing and able to work at client locations, mostly across Europe and occasionally elsewhere, for short or long assignments.
