MCIP Engineer, Data Analytics Tools, Performance and Processes.

Description

The team is looking for someone proactive and analytical who enjoys working with data, building solutions, and improving processes through automation.

The role combines Microsoft tools, data analysis, and reporting to produce efficient, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and run analysis tools and the information sources that feed them.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Lists, including linked lists that support data extraction and automation.
• Use lookup fields between lists to reduce data entry errors.
• Adjust list views so they make data entry easier or support visualization.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows that process data and automate steps.
• Use Excel pivot tables, charts, XLOOKUP, XMATCH, and conditional formatting, and use Power Query to reshape data from different sources.
• Build, tune, and debug Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and paginated reports.
• Understand and change live connections behind Power BI visuals so end users can adapt them to their own data.
• Apply Power Query, DAX, and relationship management, and create data measures.
• Connect to data in Excel, CSV, HTML, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Google BigQuery, and other formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or automation, ideally with electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python, Power Query, DAX, PivotTables, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with data from several sources and with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
