  • Required: an active Secret clearance.
  • Required: a track record of leading full test planning and execution for large, mission-critical infrastructure serving thousands of users.
  • Required: strong skill in disaster recovery testing, failover checks, high-availability testing and FedRAMP compliance testing.

  • Required: strong leadership, including planning and leading major testing work, serving as a subject matter expert and supervising QA teams.
  • Desired: experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State.
  • Desired: certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or CISSP.
  • Desired: experience with cloud migration testing, FedRAMP validation and interoperability testing with partner agencies.
