QA Manual Middle-Senior (Native Team)

Description

The team builds products that have to meet high standards of quality and performance. This is a QA Manual Engineer role at middle to senior level on the native team.

Responsibilities

• Test native and hybrid mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Run functional, regression, UI/UX, and compatibility tests.
• Report defects, track them, and confirm fixes.
• Write and maintain test cases, checklists, and Software Test Development (STD) plans.
• Check external third-party services and SDK integrations.
• Inspect network traffic, logs, and API calls, and debug problems you find.
• Troubleshoot issues in Xcode, Android Studio, Proxyman, and Charles Proxy.
• Test on physical devices as well as simulators and emulators.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of mobile application testing experience on iOS and Android.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Working knowledge of Xcode, Android Studio, Proxyman, and Charles Proxy.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Skill in writing test documentation such as test cases, checklists, and STD plans.
• Experience testing external service integrations in mobile apps.
• Experience with TestFlight, App Store, and Google Play releases.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Experience with Appium and Espresso.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Experience working with SQL.
