Description

The company builds quantum processors with a unique architecture called VIO, which it describes as the only QPU design that gets past the hardware limits holding quantum computing back, with the aim of reaching MegaQubit processors and later hyper-scale quantum computers.

This is a Talent Acquisition Specialist role supporting the growth of the engineering and operations teams. You will manage 8-10 open roles from start to finish, working with the Talent team and hiring managers to move candidates through quickly. Your main tools are the ATS and LinkedIn, and you will hire for both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment process for your assigned roles, from screening to the offer, and help hiring managers define job specs and design interview stages.
  • Schedule interviews across teams, prepare interviewers, work around candidate availability, and keep everyone current on timing and steps.
  • Make sure candidates and hiring managers have a smooth, professional experience by updating them at each stage.
  • Build scalable hiring procedures and good practices, and keep the ATS accurate so you can track the pipeline, find bottlenecks, and hire faster.
  • Find and fix problems in the hiring process on your own, and escalate capacity or procedure issues to leadership so hiring stays on schedule.
  • Support the employer brand by taking part in recruiting events and engaging with the industry.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ideally in HR, business, psychology or engineering.
  • Familiar with engineering terminology and able to read deep-tech candidate profiles.
  • Clear written communication, with outreach that is friendly and to the point.
  • Stays calm under time pressure while staying organised and taking initiative.
  • Excellent English.

Conditions

Hybrid working setup.

Candidates who meet most but not every requirement are encouraged to apply, since the list describes an ideal profile rather than a strict filter.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary that reflects the importance of the role, plus an 8% holiday allowance.
  • A generous, future-proof pension that covers partners and dependants.
  • An open vacation policy and flexibility based on outcomes, so you manage your own time.
  • A personal learning and development budget for each team member, based on individual goals, development needs and performance.
  • Team events, offsites and informal get-togethers to celebrate wins together.
