Its AI-driven marketing platform runs automated optimizations at very high volume and links brand and performance marketing across the customer journey. Its programmatic advertising and marketing channel work is the focus of the business.

This is a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner role focused on hiring for Commercial functions. • Give hiring teams regular updates and data-based insights on progress and blockers.
  • Analyze recruitment data to find problems in the hiring process and put fixes in place.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion so every candidate is evaluated fairly and without bias.
  • Manage active candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, keeping stages moving, candidates updated and handoffs timely.

  • Ability to resolve common recruiting obstacles and change sourcing approach when hiring priorities shift.
  • Ability to handle several open requisitions at once while keeping candidates engaged.
  • Familiarity with tracking core recruiting metrics to guide hiring teams and support ongoing improvement.
  • Takes ownership of moving searches forward, anticipates risks, keeps commitments and keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • Looks past single hires to spot ways to raise interview quality, hiring manager skill, candidate experience and overall recruiting practice.

Conditions

The base salary range of $76,000 - $95,000 CAD applies to candidates located in Canada. It is set from a global rate, market data and the approved budget. Final offers are based on the candidate's current location, and other ranges apply in other countries and regions.

Final pay depends on factors such as experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, as well as organizational needs and budget.

The company does not ask candidates about current or past salary, and will not use that information if offered voluntarily.

The stated range is base salary only. Depending on the role, annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards and a full benefits package may also apply.

Benefits and perks depend on country of employment and type of engagement. Where the company has no legal entity, employment and benefits follow local rules and partner policies.

The company welcomes applicants of every background and offers accommodations on request throughout selection. It uses AI to help screen resumes against the posted criteria, but makes no final hiring or interview decisions with AI.
