Description

The company makes AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams worldwide.

Backed by Insight Partners, a global software investor, the company has grown at a sustained double-digit rate and now serves customers in more than 20 countries, managing over 15 million endpoints.

Founded in 2000, the company hires people who build things and tackle hard problems, across engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support and operations.

This is a senior talent acquisition role leading executive searches across the company. You will own hiring at Director level and above in Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations) and Product & Technology.

You will work directly with senior leaders and the executive team, running each search from intake to signed offer and representing the company to senior talent. You will also help shape a consistent, documented executive search process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle searches for Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite roles across GTM, Corporate Functions and P&T, managing several senior searches at once.
  • Run detailed intake sessions with hiring executives to define the role, success profile, leadership competencies, compensation range and target talent pools.
  • Build search strategies and market maps, covering target companies, competitor org intelligence and pipelines of passive candidates.
  • Find and engage senior passive talent through networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted outreach.
  • Assess candidates on leadership capability, functional depth, scale experience and culture fit, then present calibrated shortlists with clear written summaries.
  • Design and run structured executive interview processes, including panel planning, case presentations and interviewer preparation.
  • Manage offers from start to finish: benchmark pay, plan the offer, negotiate, check references and close, working with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners.
  • Keep every executive search up to date in Greenhouse, including resumes, interviews, feedback and offers.
  • Choose, manage and hold external retained search firms to account when they are used, covering contract terms, fees and performance against timelines.
  • Report search status, pipeline health and market insights to hiring executives and TA leadership regularly.
  • Give senior candidates a confidential, high-quality experience that strengthens the company's employer brand.
  • Build and keep improving the executive search playbook, templates and process documents.
  • Run confidential searches, including backfills and new leadership roles, with discretion.
  • Support wider TA work such as succession hiring, workforce planning and hiring manager enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years at Director level and above or in executive search.
  • A record of closing senior hires across several functions, ideally across GTM, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology.
  • Experience in an in-house TA team at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, or at a retained executive search firm.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive senior candidates.
  • Ability to judge leadership capability and functional expertise, and to give candid, evidence-based advice to senior executives.
  • Strong skills in negotiating and closing offers, including complex executive pay (base, bonus, equity, sign-on).
  • Executive presence, and the confidence to advise, influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organization skills to manage several senior searches with competing priorities.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with IT, MSP, cybersecurity or B2B software companies.
  • Preferred: global executive hiring across North America, EMEA, LATAM or India.
  • Preferred: experience hiring at a PE-backed or acquisitive company.
  • Preferred: experience building or formalizing an executive search function, playbook or process.
  • Preferred: experience managing retained search firm relationships and budgets.
  • Preferred: familiarity with leadership assessment tools and structured interviewing methods.
  • Preferred: experience with market mapping and talent intelligence tools.
  • Preferred: an established network of senior leaders in technology GTM, finance or engineering.
