Description

The company makes a marketing platform that lets brands and performance marketers reach, engage and convert audiences, running automated optimizations across programmatic advertising and other channels.

This is a remote role based in Canada, reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. You will work daily with hiring managers, People Business Partners, Finance, Compensation and the wider TA team.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for a set of technical roles, from intake through to offer acceptance, and act as a trusted partner to the engineering and product leaders you hire for.

Your first six months: in months 1 to 2 you learn the hiring process, Greenhouse workflows and your hiring managers, and start managing requisitions. In months 3 to 4 you run full-cycle searches on your own and build pipelines for high-volume technical roles. In months 5 to 6 you own your KPIs and lead a process improvement initiative.

The base salary range is $76,000 to $95,000 CAD for candidates located in Canada. It is based on a global rate, market data and the approved budget. Final offers are set by the candidate's current location, experience, skills and certifications, and business factors such as budget. Depending on the role, you may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, equity and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles: intake, job posting, interviewing, negotiation and closing.
  • Source proactively using Boolean search, direct outreach, niche communities and referrals, and support senior recruiters on their hardest searches.
  • Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interviews, check salaries against the market and keep searches moving.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, track time-to-fill and conversion rates, and raise bottlenecks early.
  • Improve templates, structured technical interviews and candidate experience across the TA team.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion and fair, skills-based assessment at every stage.

Requirements

  • Solid experience running mid-to-senior level recruitment cycles, with a clear grasp of standard hiring practice and candidate assessment.
  • Hands-on skill with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, and outreach that gets replies.
  • A track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Ability to manage several active requisitions at once while keeping candidates engaged.
  • Experience working with hiring managers to understand team needs, share regular updates and run smooth interview cycles.
  • Ability to solve common recruiting problems and change sourcing approaches when priorities shift.
  • You take ownership of searches, anticipate risks, keep your commitments and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • You look past single hires to improve interview quality, hiring manager capability, candidate experience and overall recruiting practice.
